We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. Typical payment schedules may include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Missouri law.
All prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during work. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your written contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, negligence, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others after project completion.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist with any warranty claims to the best of our ability.
Limitation of Liability
CLM Columbia Masonry maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
While we take every precaution to protect your property during work, you acknowledge that masonry work involves inherent risks including dust, noise, and temporary disruption to your property.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, completion times may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.
Permits and Compliance
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring that all work complies with homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, and local ordinances. We will make reasonable efforts to advise you of known requirements, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the property owner.
